In this role you will be the link between our service customers and the service department. You will assist the customer by scheduling their vehicle for will be on the phone most of your day soastrong passion for helping customers and developing your skills is have an in-house training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers. Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with serviceappointments.
Respond quickly to internet and phoneinquiries using email scripts and templates.
Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
Follow up calls with customer after service visit
Participate in team and process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates service teams and dealership management.
Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
Qualifications
At least one previous role based in customer service experience
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and hardworking personality
Strong computer skills
Previous call center experience is a HUGE PLUS
Valid drivers license
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
