Who You Will Be Working With

At PMG youll be part of a dedicated Talent Acquisition team that views recruiting as more than just filling rolesits about building trust creating memorable candidate experiences and helping our teams grow with intention. Youll work alongside recruiters coordinators hiring managers and partners across People & Culture all committed to making hiring feel human inclusive and efficient.

From the first outreach to the final offer youll collaborate across departments to support a smooth thoughtful process that reflects PMGs values at every step. Whether youre helping coordinate interviews manage communications support recruiting events or keep our systems accurate and organized your work will help shape the experience for both candidates and internal teams.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Partner with recruiters to guide candidates through each step of the hiring process ensuring a seamless timely and positive experience.
  • Greet onsite candidates warmly provide interview agendas introduce them to interviewers and help keep the day running smoothly and on schedule.
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple teams and time zones ensuring calendars are aligned and everyone has the information they need.
  • Manage candidate travel and logisticsbooking flights arranging accommodations and providing detailed itineraries to help candidates feel supported and prepared.
  • Respond to candidate and stakeholder questions with clarity and care offering timely follow-ups that foster trust and connection.
  • Support recruiting and HR teams with administrative tasks ensuring day-to-day operations stay organized and efficient.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data regularly reviewing for consistency compliance and reporting needs.
  • Assist with reporting by gathering data and preparing materials to meet internal deadlines and provide valuable insights.
  • Help plan and coordinate team and office events that build connection and celebrate milestones within the recruiting function.
  • Act as an advocate for the candidate experience always looking for ways to bring empathy clarity and care to every interaction.
  • Use AI automation and technology to elevate the quality and efficiency of work streamline processes and enable faster more informed decision-making in their role.

What You Will Bring

  • 4 years of experience in talent acquisition specifically recruiting in a high-tech/SaaS development environment with a bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment for specialized roles or business units bringing consistency and care to each interaction.
  • Solid experience with ATS platforms and candidate relationship tools enabling you to build organize and engage with pipelines effectively.
  • Adept at using tools like Google Docs and scheduling systems to keep processes clear coordinated and on track.
  • A thoughtful communicator who can simplify complexity support informed hiring decisions and build trusted relationships across teams.
  • Focused on optimizing recruitment workflows while staying attuned to candidate needs and internal expectations.
  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a Continual Learner staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a Customer-Focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.
