Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated CoOp to join our Digital IT team and support strategic initiatives in user and market research. This role will contribute to the development of digital tools and platforms by gathering insights from internal stakeholders external users (e.g. growers agronomists) and market trends. The CoOp will work closely with product strategists UX designers and commercial teams to inform product concepts validate design decisions and support go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
User Research
Plan and conduct user interviews surveys and usability tests with internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs pain points and behavioral patterns.
Create user personas journey maps and experience summaries to guide product development.
Market Research
Monitor industry trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies in digital agriculture.
Support synthesis of market data into actionable insights for product strategy and roadmap planning.
Assist in developing reports and presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Collaboration & Communication
Work with product managers UX/UI designers and engineering teams to integrate research findings.
Participate in stakeholder workshops and design reviews to advocate for user-centered decisions.
Help prepare materials for internal branding and messaging workshops (e.g. Digital IT identity sessions)
Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Psychology Human-Computer Interaction or related field.
Strong interest in digital product development user experience and agricultural innovation.
Experience with research tools (e.g. SurveyMonkey UserTesting Excel) is a plus.
Excellent communication analytical and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
