Were looking for a Lead Inventory Cycle Counter to take ownership of daily cycle count operations and ensure accurate inventory across our facility. This role will lead a small team manage cycle count schedules resolve discrepancies and partner closely with Supply Chain Production and Quality to maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.

What Youll Do
Leadership & Coordination
Lead and mentor the cycle counting team providing daily direction and on-the-job training.
Assign cycle counting tasks and ensure completion according to established schedules.
Serve as the main point of contact for cycle counting activities across all shifts.
Inventory Control & Accuracy
Conduct and oversee daily weekly and monthly cycle counts.
Investigate inventory discrepancies identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain and update ERP/WMS records to ensure real-time inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with Production Quality and Procurement teams to reconcile material variances.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure all inventory control activities comply with company policies FDA cGMP and ISO standards.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate cycle count documentation.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to strengthen overall inventory control.
Develop and track KPIs for inventory accuracy variance resolution and team performance.
Communication & Reporting
Provide regular inventory reports and variance summaries to management.
Partner with cross-functional teams during reconciliations and annual physical inventory counts.
Communicate effectively with leadership to escalate and resolve critical issues.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelors degree preferred (High School Diploma or GED required).
35 years of experience in inventory control warehouse operations or supply chain management.
Previous experience leading or supervising a team in a warehouse environment.
Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP/WMS systems (SAP Oracle or similar).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
Familiarity with cGMP FDA and ISO standards preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
