The opportunity

We are seeking a Manager to join our Technology Transformation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP with a focus on Microsoft NAV/Business Central and will be responsible for leading technology transformation projects that help our clients optimize their business processes.

Your key responsibilities
Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP solutions with an emphasis on Microsoft NAV/Business Central.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop customized solutions.
Manage the project lifecycle from conception to delivery ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in clients business processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technology and digital transformation.

To qualify for the role you must have
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or a related technical field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology consulting or solution delivery with a strong focus on ERP systems particularly Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.

Solid technical understanding of Business Central architecture including extensions (AL language) integrations (APIs web services) workflows and reporting.

Proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementation including requirements gathering solution design configuration testing and deployment.
Experience with Azure services Power Platform (Power BI Power Automate Power Apps) and data migration tools is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams manage stakeholders and ensure delivery of complex technical projects.

Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in both technical and business discussions.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. MB-800: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate) are a strong plus.
