Your Challange as a Procurement Data Officer
This position is a unique blend of business analysis and administrative expertise with a focus on optimizing procurement processes maintaining data accuracy and supporting key systems and users. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across our procurement platforms and fostering efficiency and excellence in vendor management.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as the Business/System Administrator for Ariba Buying Invoicing and Business Network.
- Train key users and provide support for functional queries transactional tasks and master data management in Ariba and SAP systems including document closure and supplier communication.
- Improve supplier onboarding processes and expand catalog coverage to ensure accurate pricing and minimize invoice errors.
- Reduce workload for the FAM team by streamlining processes such as closing business documents reopening purchase orders and updating supplier contact details in Ariba.
- Manage vendor data requests
- Process contract-related data requests (Outline Agreement requests) in procurement systems.
- Contribute to various projects aimed at improving efficiency and operational excellence within the Procurement function.
