International Facilities Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Facilities Administrator at Level 3 to join our Facilities Management team based out of Heathrow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of our international facilities ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting the overall strategic goals of the organization. This role requires strong communication skills project management experience and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of international facilities ensuring they meet safety security and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with local teams to implement facility management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors contractors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of facility-related projects including renovations relocations and expansions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Analyze facility performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and promote energy-efficient practices within facilities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for facility-related inquiries and issues from employees and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in facilities management or a related field with at least 2 years in an international context.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management best practices regulations and safety standards.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
