Job Summary

Appointment Generation Executive

27107 basic plus a realistic bonus of up to 600 per month.

Working Mon- Fri 9am -5pm. No weekends.

We are currently recruiting a talented and results driven Lead Generation Executive to join our busy contact centre team in Tamworth.

What you will be doing;

Sourcing and booking quality appointments is a critical part of our Business Development Managers success and ultimately that of the Independent Division. As a Lead Generation Executive you will support our Business Development Managers by sourcing and booking appointments with prospective customers who are interested in trading with Brakes. Youll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment and were sure youll have some fun along the way! 

  • Build an extensive knowledge and pipeline of prospective customers within the Identified Division to maximise our opportunities for growth
  • Proactively use online research supplied lists or leads from within the business to generate the pipeline and keep it current with a high level of conversion and both short and longer-term opportunities
  • Research possible lead sources build initial contact interest in Brakes and appointments with the key decision maker
  • Manage and nurture the pipeline of longer term prospects
  • Navigate through foodservice businesses to create meaningful dialogues with the right people
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities which can drive business growth

This is what were looking for;

  • Experience in a target-driven sales/telesales role or similar
  • Be a great listener who can engage with people quickly
  • Basic knowledge/experience of MS Office Packages
  • Be a great influencer with the ability to upsell
  • Positive can do attitude with the eagerness to build strong relationships
