Sentinel Property Group is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Project Administrator to join our dynamic Projects Team.
Reporting to the Corporate Services Coordinator this pivotal role provides essential administrative operational and systems support to ensure the successful delivery of development and capital works projects across Sentinels national portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Projects Team to achieve project KPIs through effective systems reporting and communication
- Maintain and refine project processes including document control contract administration and tender documentation
- Assist in the preparation and execution of consultant and contractor contracts purchase orders capex submissions and progress claims
- Coordinate travel logistics site inspection schedules and onboarding for project team members
- Liaise with Finance to ensure invoices are being paid in a timely manner and ensure compliance with internal approval processes
- Maintain confidentiality accuracy and professionalism in all communications and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in project or office administration within property construction or professional services
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with a proactive and systematic approach
- High level of computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and deliver results within deadlines
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
