Associate Director/ Experienced Transformation and Change Consultant

We are looking for a senior leader in our Aurecon Engagement and Change NSW Advisory team. If you bring deep technical Change and Transformation experience across a variety of infrastructure focussed industries and you thrive on building and leading a team of professionals then wed love to hear from you. Our Engagement & Change Advisory (ECA) business group comprises three core capabilities: Communications & Stakeholder Engagement Social Value and Change and Transformation. Our Change and Transformation team partners with clients delivering programs to design and realign organisational capability culture behaviours and structures to accelerate adoption and embed performance outcomes.
The continued growth of our ECA practice provides the opportunity for an experienced senior team member to join our NSW Lead Team in the Sydney office. We work across a variety of major infrastructure projects throughout NSW and ACT as well as closely collaborating with our extended teams across Australia and New Zealand.
This role will play an important role to deliver grow and lead.

- Lead people and teams to deliver great work and develop and grow
