Are you passionate about digital service and customer experience Do you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy driving innovative solutions Were offering an exciting 12-month internal secondment opportunity for a Digital Product Owner Claims to join our Digital Customer team.
About the Role
As the Digital Product Owner Claims youll support the delivery and business ownership of digital self-service assets related to claims including Make a Claim My Claim Manager One Suncorp Portal Mobile Apps and Chatbots. Youll play a key role in prioritising and developing features that enhance our digital claims experience helping customers feel informed and in control of their Home or Motor Claims.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support for digital claims assets and tools.
Align internal stakeholders to deliver seamless digital claims experiences.
Facilitate best-in-class digital claims solutions and track performance.
Collaborate with Technology & Transformation teams and other business units.
Drive integration of conversational technologies across digital channels.
Key Relationships
Work closely with Consumer Insurance functions COEs and assisted channel teams.
Partner with delivery teams within Digital Customers and across Consumer Insurance Tribes.
What Were Looking For
Tertiary qualifications in Business eCommerce Information Systems Marketing or related fields.
35 years in a digital/eCommerce environment ideally within insurance.
Proven success in delivering complex digital solutions.
Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
Experience or interest in payments and identity management.
Personal Qualities:
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for digital innovation.
Calm methodical and detail-oriented.
Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Self-disciplined organised and a natural team player.
