Reporting to the GM Business Improvement you will play a critical role in optimizing the operational landscape and evolving our operating model. By leading complex improvement initiatives fostering stakeholder engagement and identifying cost-saving opportunities you will contribute directly to the success of Intellihub.
Your Key Accountabilities
- Lead and deliver initiatives that achieve cost savings and drive operational efficiency
- Identify prioritize and govern improvement opportunities aligned with strategic goals
- Partner with Technology and other Business Units to uncover opportunities and accelerate value delivery
- Engage stakeholders to understand challenges align initiatives and communicate progress effectively
- Work with senior leaders to design and implement new operating models
- Develop business cases to secure approval for value-adding projects that enhance productivity and performance
- Use KPIs metrics and value driver trees to uncover insights and improvement areas
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in operations management engineering accounting or related field
- Proven experience delivering business improvement projects in complex environments
- Experience in Operational or Manufacturing industries
- Excellent stakeholder management negotiation and influencing abilities
- Knowledge of digital transformation change management and project delivery frameworks
- Demonstrated leadership experience guiding cross-functional teams
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills to influence decision-making
- Proficiency in operational assessments recommendation development and framework implementation
