Job Summary

Sika is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join its growing team in the Canton MA area for our Roofing business.

The Inside Sales Representative will develop relationships with new and existing customers and will report directly to the Marketing Director.  Other responsibilities:

  • Work closely with architects consultants and building owners to assess project opportunities and determine appropriate product offering.
  • Develop sales opportunities in specified markets and work with field sales counterparts to manage and track projects to conclusion.
  • Jointly accountable to exceed specific quantifiable objectives related to sales from leads developed for the field.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • 1-3 years of Inside Sales experience (not required- Willing to Train!)
  • Prior experience in the construction building materials or roofing industries a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows Applications (Microsoft Word Excel)
  • Experience with or similar CRM technology.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
  • Good project management skills.
