Job Summary
Rehabilitation Technician Full-time
Hours will vary - Days and Evenings
JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of a licensed therapist assists in delivering patient care in the rehabilitation setting as described in State of Maryland Practice Acts. Performs routine tasks to help ensure productive therapy sessions such as maintaining treatment areas preparing patients for therapy and assisting in clerical tasks.
- Prepares and maintains treatment areas and equipment to adhere to appropriate infection control standards as well as maintains logs to assure compliance.
- Assists the licensed clinicians in the delivery of patient care as permitted by State of Maryland Practice Acts.
- Assists in the training of new rehabilitation technicians.
- Assists front office and clinicians with routine clerical tasks to support the patient care process.
- Monitors and maintains inventory to assure adequate supplies.
- Demonstrates patient-centered care and service.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: No experience required
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of hire

- Pay Range: $17.89- $23.59
