Job Purpose
- Plan and execute distributor geographies to ensure optimal market coverage and efficiency.
- Oversee and manage distributor operations across the country to ensure smooth business execution.
- Drive capability development within the organization to strengthen distributor management and operations.
- Ensure effective market activation growth in numeric reach and a continuous increase in volume per retailer.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for appointing distributors nationwide in line with the companys vision and strategic objectives.
- Ensure that distributors are fully aligned with the companys direction in terms of investments ROI OTIF and overall performance expectations.
- Achieve numeric distribution targets across the country as per defined goals.
- Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams to effectively deliver the distributor agenda.
- Provide timely and relevant market insights to the Commercial Director to support strategic decision-making.
- Support and guide the team to uphold AkzoNobels Values and Code of Conduct at all times.
Education & Experience
- Postgraduate with 1012 years of experience in channel management particularly in distributor appointment and operations.
