Work youll do

• Promote ServiceNow internally to sales and delivery teams to drive growth.
• Be the go to person for ServiceNow Architecture. You should have a deep understanding of services offered on ServiceNow platforms and understand how to use them together to build complex solutions.
• Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of ServiceNow and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the solutions architect community.
• Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be ServiceNow advocates.

Requirements:

• 5 years experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation Platform
• Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting
• Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning creative thinking comfort with numbers and the ability to untangle complex issues
• Strong passion for consulting ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace challenging work hours and environment :
• Willingness to work outside of office base as project needs require
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.

To be successful in this role you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

• • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or other modules)

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer will be a plus point

  • ServiceNow Discovery will be a plus point
