Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join our technical team you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by providing technical assistance to our Out of Home customers (OOH - fuel stations cafés and hotels etc) and administrative support to our skilled technicians maintaining our coffee machinery.

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Provide phone and email assistance on the technical service support line
  • Communicate and liaison with internal technicians and OOH customers with the aim to resolve technical issues via phone
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up until resolution
  • Maintain systems data including accurate records of customer interactions technical issues and resolutions
  • Supporting the implementation of Salesforce to the business
  • Loading and facilitation of oil channel general services monthly
  • Setup amend and terminate of general services agreements

Qualifications :

To be the best Technical Support Administrator were looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Atleast 2 years customer services experience
  • Previous barista and coffee machine experience Advantage
  • SAP experience - Advantage
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid Unrestricted Work Visa
