WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Support financial planning and analysis budgeting and forecasting for Central and South America (CaSA) business to generate plans that incorporate strategic business plan objectives and appropriate assumptions
Support the continuous development of business reports and reporting processes to ensure we are reporting and analyzing relevant KPIs
Drive continuous improvement of our processes and systems allowing us to gain a better understanding of our actual performance and drive efficiency
Perform profitability and investment analysis on short- and long-term business opportunities that aid in the decision-making process and help deliver accelerated profitable Revenue growth
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst supporting Latin America (LATAM) Territory based in Mexico City Mexico. This role requires you to be highly motivated and curious have strong financial and commercial understanding and be a strategic thought partner to respective business partners. You are expected to provide financial insights through the interpretation of financial results - including trends risks and opportunities to help drive timely and actionable decisions. You should be comfortable in a high-paced environment ambiguous situations and presenting information to your business partners. This role provides a great opportunity to make a significant impact at NIKE focused on the Central and South America (CaSA) business.
Bachelors degree preferably in a Business-related field with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting
Experience working in a fast-paced innovative retail or consumer products go-to-market experience is strongly preferred
5 years experience in finance financial analysis financial/strategic planning accounting and budgeting
Proven strong analytical skills and financial modeling combined with sound financial and commercial acumen; ability to work with large amounts of data deal with ambiguity and be organized and resourceful
Strong communication skills ability to communicate sophisticated concepts and ideas in a simple way and influence collaborators across the organization
Advanced proficiency with Excel SAP/Tableau knowledge is strongly preferred
Team player attitude proven positive energy confidence integrity and passion for the Brand
Excellent command of English both written and spoken

The role reports into the Manager Finance LATAM who leads the Central and South America (CaSA) business working closely with the CFO LATAM and will work directly with the Supply Chain team Controlling cross-functional stakeholders and Finance teams.
