The Role
Join us in developing cutting-edge analytics products that leverage advanced AI to accelerate insights and decision-making. This highly collaborative role partners with product managers UX designers customers and engineers to build high-quality analytics solutions that are core to the ServiceNow
What you get to do in this role:
Deliver Customer Value
- Engage with customers to identify requirements and use cases for the Performance Analytics product line.
- Evangelize analytics capabilities to drive awareness enablement and adoption.
- Integrate usability studies research and market insights into product roadmaps that deliver clear customer value.
Lead and Execute
- Manage stakeholders communicate priorities and build alignment.
- Collaborate across teams to execute the product roadmap and deliver exceptional solutions.
- Take ownership and drive outcomes across roles and organizational boundaries.
Make an Impact
- Shape the vision and strategy for analytics products that unlock new market opportunities.
- Contribute to a high-performing product team that delivers meaningful outcomes.
- Influence other product teams as a domain expert.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- Domain expertise in analytics data products semantic layers and/or knowledge graphs.
- 8 years of software product management experience.
- Strong understanding of the data and analytics landscape and how organizations leverage data in near real-time to power AI and innovation.
- Excellent prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities.
- Customer-obsessed mindset: skilled at identifying root problems and translating them into scalable product solutions.
- Proven ability to build deep customer relationships and deliver customer-centric outcomes.
- Ability to inspire and align engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Technical acumen and experience collaborating with developers and architects to build scalable reliable platform services.
