Roles & Responsibilities :
UX
UI Designer is responsible for Designing and managing User experience full cycle Ensuring good Experience on Digital products ( App / websites ) conducting usability testing and make sure of final product quality in matter of UX
UI aspects in collaboration with various teams internally and externally.
The scope of work includes below activities:
Experience working as User Experience Designer either in Product teams or Consulting Roles with a strong track record
Background in user research software usability or Human Factors. Expert in user-centered design process and user research techniques
Ability to create conceptual and detailed wireframes and diagrams
Ability to create Low- and mid-fidelity prototyping
Ability to design intuitive user interfaces within technical constraints while leveraging and maximizing the technical features
Conduct user research and synthesize findings to ensure a better understanding of customers give insight into business/user value and identify potential usability issues
Communicate analysis recommendations and potential design solutions verbally and through documentation
Participate in task/user workflow analysis (current and future) to gain understanding of the users tasks and behaviours
Skillfully merge research findings creative innovation and best practices to generate unique strategic solutions
Tools to be known : Figma Adobe Packages
Should have a strong portfolio

The following would be the deliverables:
Work on Digitization applications in a diverse and distributed team
Deliver User stories as agreed for each SPRINT
Be a part of the Design team and perform the standard and agreed responsibilities of a Scrum team member including participation in SCRUM meetings user story estimation user story delivery demonstration of completed work.
