Job Description Summary / Purpose:To provide high levels of People Services support to our colleagues including administration throughout the complete employee life cycle including Joiners Movers Leavers Referencing Compensation & Benefits Family Leave Absence and ways of working support. Adhere to Canada Life people policies and procedures. Seek opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure all people systems customer data and systemic processes are up to date and accurate and key risks within are controlled and regulations adhered / Responsibilities:1)To manage a team ensuring service level targets are fully understood and met quality standards are maintained.2)Serve as the first point of contact for managers employees and candidates delivering accurate customer-focused support using deep knowledge of HR policies payroll and employment law.3)Manage the People Services mailbox by categorizing and prioritizing queries coordinating with the team and managers on urgent issues and escalations.4)Manage SuccessFactors workflows to meet payroll deadlines and ensure accurate pay updates.5)Maintain the accuracy SuccessFactors our HRIS and individual colleague personnel files.6)Case manage Family Leave for colleagues ensuring leaders follow processes and employees are well supported throughout.7)Respond promptly and effectively to all requests with clear high-quality communication while upholding strict confidentiality.8)To lead team and take responsibility to motivate for performance and development for all Team reporting.9)Provide proactive support to people leaders on sickness absence.10)Capable of managing high volume and work under pressure11)Administer transactional activities and ensure accurate and timely processing in accordance with procedures & client requirements12)Ability to produce required HR reports/Preparation of weekly/monthly dashboards13)Maintain communications with clients employees and vendors in an efficient and timely manner14)Train and Coach junior members in the team15)Ensure smooth candidate transition from Talent Acquisition to People Services by managing records vetting and onboarding paperwork timely for SuccessFactors and IT readiness.16)Keep the recruiting managers up to date and respond efficiently to people leader and17)candidate queries throughout the process. Provide weekly update to relevant parties in Canada Life of new : Ensure the employee data entry is accurate and complies with reporting requirements Understand People Risk management policies and procedures

Qualifications and Personal Attributes:Overall Experience Required: 3-5 years09-12 months of Prior Experience in UK HR Operations & Administration ProcessesShould have good MS Office and Reporting skillsGraduate (Any Stream)
