Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
- Build warm trusting relationships with children parents and carers.
- Ensure the nursery environment is welcoming safe and inclusive for all.
- Observe and record childrens progress contributing to learning journeys.
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain the nurserys Good Ofsted rating.
- Promote positive behaviour wellbeing and early learning development.
