Job Summary
Are you a customer service professional looking for a new opportunity in corporate reception
We are currently recruiting for a Reception Team Leader to oversee our small team who take care of the front of house services at a well-known global professional financial body based at the iconic walkie-talkie building 20 Fenchurch Street.
Although this is a leadership position where you will have full managerial duties to one Receptionist it is also a very hands-on role where you will be fully operationally involved.
You will have constant opportunities to show off your genuinely friendly and positive personality when welcoming visitors and staff as well as managing the companys switchboard and inbox. Your multitasking and organisation skills will kick in when you are managing meeting rooms and assisting with event coordination. Finally your fab admin skills will be put to the test when you are updating statistics folders manuals and many other admin related projects.
Shifts: 40 hours per week shifts from 7am-4pm or 9am-6pm Mon-Fri
Salary: 30011 per annum
Qualifications :
We are looking for a genuinely positive and friendly candidate with a natural ability to build rapport with everyone and anyone. They will be sincere kind adaptable and a good problem solver.
Excellent communication skills via all mediums is essential as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office suit.
Experience of working within a similar customer-oriented role is essential preferably within hotels airlines medical or a corporate setting.
Experience of supervising/managing a team is essential.
