As a Commis Chef youll play a vital role in delivering the high-quality dishes our guests love. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with food preparation across salads vegetables starters main courses and bakery sections
• Following HACCP and Food Hygiene regulations at all times
• Completing temperature checks and assisting with stock rotation
• Managing your time efficiently and maintaining high standards of presentation
• Supporting waste reduction by adhering to menus and portion sizes

No previous experience is required full training will be provided!

You will take personal pride in; 

• Working as part of a talented team to produce fresh delicious dishes
• Keeping the kitchen clean safe and well-organised
• Ensuring every plate meets our exceptional quality standards
• Catering to dietary and allergy requirements with care and confidence

Hours of work: 

• Full-time working 5 days out of 7 including weekends and bank holidays
• Straight shifts only no split shifts!
• Rotational shift patterns:  6am 3pm / 12pm 9pm / 2pm 11pm

Qualifications :
