Backend Engineer (PHP), ClinicCloud Team (remote-friendly within Spain)

What you will do:

• Write clean scalable and well-tested PHP code within our Symfony-based backend.
• Develop and consume APIs to integrate Clinic Cloud with the main Doctoralia marketplace and local third-party services like payment gateways.
• Take ownership of the full product development lifecycle from analyzing technical requirements and sprint planning to testing deployment and post-launch support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for the specific localizations and integrations you build.

Qualifications :

• At least 5 years of experience working in a similar role

• PHP especially working with frameworks like Symfony or Laravel.

• MySQL

• Knowledge of DevOps y AWS

• Strong communication skills

Which skills are bonus points

• You have experience working with Docker

• You have experience with CI/CD infrastructure such as Pipelines and AWS

• Your are comfortable working with Git

• Working with agile environment (SCRUM KAMBAN)

• Experience in frontend development working with HTML5 / CSS / Jquery

• You are familiar with Jira

• You have experience with NodeJS
