We are seeking a Marketing Planning Manager with strong experience in brand strategy creative planning and integrated marketing campaigns. This role focuses on conceptualizing and planning marketing initiatives rather than direct digital execution. You will play a key role in developing brand narratives designing campaign concepts and managing cross-channel communications to strengthen the OTT brand presence. This is a full-time permanent position based at our 1123 Leslie St North York office.

How you will contribute:
Brand & Campaign Planning
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and brand strategies that align with OTTs business goals.
- Plan and lead creative marketing campaigns brand activations PR events and content initiatives.
- Translate business objectives into engaging campaign ideas and thematic concepts.
- Oversee the creative direction and messaging of marketing materials ensuring alignment with brand identity.
Integrated Communications & Collaboration
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing efforts including social media events PR partnerships and sponsorships.
- Work cross-functionally with design content product and communications teams to deliver consistent brand messages.
- Manage relationships with external agencies creative studios and media partners.
- Support leadership in developing and implementing group-level marketing initiatives.
Market Insights & Performance Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and creative direction.
- Identify consumer insights cultural trends and engagement opportunities across target audiences.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive marketing experiencewith a strong focus on strategy campaign planning and creative development.
- 5 years in a leadership role including direct responsibility for managing budgets and leading marketing teams.
- Proven success in brand-building client acquisition and product launch campaigns with measurable impact.
- Experience in financial services payments real estate or technology sectors is an asset.
- Strong creative thinking project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Deep understanding of brand storytelling audience engagement and content strategy.
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin (both written and verbal).
- Strategic yet hands-on with the ability to drive ideas from concept to execution in a fast-paced environment.
