POSITION SCOPE:
We are looking for a motivated self-driven and professional individual as an Account Executive who enjoys the challenge of building our reputation and growing our business in the Southwestern Ontario Region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and following up on potential leads utilizing an award-winning sales process. The Account Executive sells commercial cleaning services to meet the needs of a variety of customer businesses including banks car dealerships churches department stores hotels medical facilities office buildings production facilities tech companies food industry non-profit organizations and schools among others. This positions primary responsibility is to meet/exceed individual/company account sales objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Meet/exceed standards of professionalism and account sales objectives.
- Collaborate with Business Development & Operations/ Brand Standards teams to support new account start-ups.
- Collaborate with Business Development to achieve weekly appointment targets.
- Provides regular updates and information relating to daily activities and account status to the Regional Sales Director
- Develop analyze and communicate economic competitive and market reports.
- Works in cooperation with the Regional Sales Director to help achieve individual objectives
- Analyzes collates and presents information related to current market conditions and competition as requested by the Regional Sales Director
- Makes recommendations to the Regional Sales Director relating to effective sales methods and techniques
- Establishes and maintains accurate prospect and customer records in JAN-PROs CRM
- Prepares and reviews new business proposals with accuracy and professionalism
- Conduct sales calls develop and deliver proposals close new accounts and manage a gray pipeline of past prospects and former customers within JAN-PROs CRM
- Self-generate appointments via networking cold calling lead sourcing and direct mail activities and inputting new leads and updates in JAN-PROs CRM
- Proactively establish best-in-class sales processes sales tracking etc.
- Build teamwork and success
- Be an ambassador for JAN-PRO by representing the company professionally at all times when communicating with our customers prospects suppliers and Certified Business Owners
- Performs other related duties as assigned
PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EDUCATION:
- Education: High School Diploma required; College Diploma preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in sales telemarketing or administrative support within a sales environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook) and comfortable with online and digital tools.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and the ability to maintain accurate client and prospect records.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- G license required
- Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be able to perform tasks that require standing bending and walking for extended periods
