Current Work Authorization is required for all openings.

The in-office schedule for this role will 4 times a week in office for training (first 2 weeks) and then moving to a 2 times a week in office for the remainder of your contract.

Overview:

We are seeking detail-oriented contract employees to assist with customer service activities related to account transfers. This role focuses on outbound phone calls to other financial institutions to follow up on the status of transfer requests ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to financial institutions to confirm and update the status of account transfer requests.
  • Document all interactions and updates accurately in internal systems.
  • Escalate issues or delays to the appropriate team for resolution.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to compliance standards during all communications.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Previous experience in financial services or call center environment is an asset.
  • Completed Post Secondary Education or equivalent work experience.
