Repair Entry Assistant

Reliable Equipment in Warminster is looking for a full-time Repair Entry Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain information into X3 ensuring its accuracy.
• Responsible for receiving incoming repairs to be processed through Fed-Ex UPS.
• Verify customer information including address account number and phone number to ensure effective order delivery and for future follow-up.
• Properly identify tools catalog number tagging and labeling the repair
• Follow up with customers on any questions regarding the repair.
• Fielding phone calls and answering questions from customers as well as our sales team regarding repairs received.
• Responsible for signing in Sublet repairs and shipping out Sublets.
• Respond swiftly and courteously to customer inquiries.
• Effectively communicate repair requirements to other departments in-house (assembly shipping etc.).
• Keep repair area well organized on pallets and shelving.
• Effectively communicate status of repairs to the customer/ Management Team.
• Maintain and keep clean the Repair Entry area (sweeping cleaning up spills etc.)
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as telephone manners.
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs. Repairs that weight over 35lbs should be lifted with another employee and or proper equipment supplied by the company.
• Familiarity with tools is preferred but not required.

* Must be able to pass a drug test criminal history and background check.
