Location: LB Homes
Status: Full-Time (Approximately 64 hours per pay period)
Schedule: AM Shift AND Every Other Weekend
Pay: $16.70 $20.10/hour based on experience education and skills $2.00/hour weekend differential
LB Homes is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Dietary Aide to join our Food Service team during the morning shift. This role plays an important part in ensuring our residents receive high-quality meals in a clean welcoming environment. Essential Job Functions:
- Regular punctual and predictable attendance is required.
- Able to read and clearly understand the diet requirements for each resident.

- Ability to stock shelves and storage areas with required number of supplies.
|
- Ability to assemble a meal plate in accordance with the guidelines provided by the department.
|
- Follows all safe food handling procedures according to State of Minnesota requirements.
|
|
- Provides a high level of customer satisfaction.
|
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
|
- Able to take and record temperatures of food and equipment as required by the health department.
- Ensures that all residents are and will continue to receive care that reflects the goals and principles of resident-centered care.
|
- Willing to assist other team members in their tasks.
|
- Inspects supplies equipment and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards.
- Must be able to carry up to 20 pounds and walk stand and sit frequently.
- May have to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to push and pull carts and reach.
- Other duties as assigned.
