Responsibilities:
Manages District Website
Manages District ParentSquare communication system
Manages any social media accounts for the district
Communicates regularly with District Administrators School Administrators and office staff.
Provides Training and Support for ParentSquare
Communicates issues and tickets with ParentSquare support
Ensures that the website content is current accurate and aligned with accessibility and translation standards.
Coordinates with school sites district departments and administrative staff to post timely updates and announcements.
Makes regular content updates to ensure the website reflects current events policies and information.
Ensures all web content meets accessibility requirements (ADA compliance) and supports multilingual translation tools.
Provides support or guidance to staff regarding web content submission and best practices.
Communicates with the website hosting provider to ensure the site is functioning properly and resolving any technical issues as needed.
Dates:
Approximately November 25 through February 2 2026
Compensation:
$125 per day until the teacher comes off the salary schedule and then in accordance with the Burlington Educators Association Unit A contract.
