JOB SUMMARY
Manages custodial staff. Manages emergency procedures building construction and maintenance capital assets inventory facilities budget and contracts and building security.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in technical or industrial management or other closely related field plus two (2) years of related experience of which one (1) year must have been supervisory; OR an equivalent combination of related education and experience. Education may not be substituted for the required supervisory experience.
Due to the nature of this position the successful applicant must pass a required background check through fingerprinting and enrollment in the continuous RAP Back (Record of Arrest and Prosecution Back) program in accordance with current County Human Resources policy requirements.

Requires occasional field work; may work in all types of weather.
May require the use of personal protective equipment. Requires occasional pushing and pulling up to 75 lbs climbing balancing bending stooping kneeling crouching crawling standing and walking.
