Job Summary
Summary:
A heavy equipment/structural steel manufacturer is currently seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Pompano Beach to direct the top-to-bottom manufacturing process compiled of 10-12 welders fabricators (polishers) a painter and shipping/receiving personnel. You will assess how much time is readily available to manufacture a project thus addressing to the team who needs to get what work done in the given amount of time to complete the project on time.
Responsibilities:
* Create action plans lay out the plan for the day week etc
* Assess how much time is required to complete projects make changes if necessary communicate this with team
* Allocate work based on how much time is available for each manufacturing project and communicate this with the team
* Provide schedules and instructions to team of 10-12
Qualifications:
* Any experience providing instructions to manufacturing staff to complete a project on time (any industry)
* Clear communicator Spanish a plus but not required
* Open to working on the manufacturing floor all day not in an office
