Job Title: Pricing Analyst
Location: Grand Prairie TX
Department: Finance & Accounting
Reports To: CFO/Controller
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Position Summary:
The Pricing Analyst will lead our pricing efforts within a fast-paced manufacturing and sales environment. This role is critical to optimizing revenue ensuring accurate customer billing and monitoring payment activity. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical abilities attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Pricing Strategy & Analysis
- Maintain pricing models based on established margins and cost changes
- Maintain pricing catalogs in internal and external ERP systems
Customer Billing Oversight
- Ensure timely and accurate generation of customer invoices
- Review billing data for errors and coordinate with internal team to resolve issues
- Maintain billing schedules and ensure compliance with month end schedules
- Support system upgrades and automation initiatives related to the billing process
Payment Monitoring & Reconciliation
- Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare regular reports on payment status invoice aging and collections
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or work equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in pricing analysis billing or financial operations
- Strong analytical skills with strong proficiencies in Excel
- Experience with ERP systems and billing platforms
- Excellent attention to detail organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Strong communications and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
