Responsible for managing order processing and fulfillment for MSA customers. This role requires a customer-centric approach proactive communication effective issue resolution and strong relationship management skills. The representative provides high-quality service and accurate information to customers ensuring adherence to established processes and policies. The main objective is to achieve complete customer satisfaction by effectively meeting their needs.
Role Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer requirements
- Anticipate customer needs and provide timely updates regarding order status.
- Collaborate with the internal functional areas to coordinate as necessary solve/ manage customer concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Contact customers to clearly understand their needs
- Support with tasks and basic queries in ecommerce platform
- Provide the complete set of shipping documents to customers and logistics area in a timely manner
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service management experience -
- Supply chain management knowledge
- Bachelors degree in administration Marketing or Foreign Trade degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English language Intermediate (speak read & write)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel
- ERP knowledge (preferably ORACLE)
