Le Gestionnaire relation client traite les demandes clients reçues par téléphone et par email.

Tâches principales:

Veiller à la bonne réception des appels conducteurs ou gestionnaires de parc cet à la bonne compréhension des problématiques évoquées.
Fluidifier les prises de rendez-vous prestataires.
Coordonner les mises à disposition de véhicules de remplacement.
Traiter les réclamations clients en liaison avec le service réclamation
Création des accords des missions de lagent administratif en collaboration avec le prestataire dédié.
Validation des factures des véhicules de remplacement de lassistance.
Préparation des autorisations de sortie du territoire marocain.
Préparation des procurations spéciales (Finalisation du PV daccident récupération de carte grise auprès des autorités récupération du véhicule de la fourrière...).
