Could you be the full-time Bid & Project Digitalization Specialist in Bengaluru were looking for


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your business intelligence and digitalization expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.

Youll play a key role in transforming the way our projects and tenders are managed by developing and maintaining business intelligence reporting tools that enable fast and informed decision-making. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business including tender and project teams IT partners and senior management to understand data needs develop solutions and ensure seamless implementation and support.

Youll specifically take care of creating and maintaining dashboards for KPIs and project/tender metrics but also contribute to process improvements and provide training to end users for the tools you develop.

Well look to you for:

  • Collecting and analyzing business needs to design and develop appropriate BI architecture and solutions

  • Developing and deploying BI tools (e.g. Power BI Power Apps Qlik Sense)

  • Ensuring quality data checks to provide reliable and relevant information

  • Testing validating and deploying new BI applications in coordination with internal clients

  • Maintaining and updating existing BI reporting tools including user access management and enhancements

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop process improvement reports

  • Providing training to end users on developed BI tools

  • Proposing process improvements based on analysis results

  • Diploma/Master-level degree in IT (software engineering)

  • 5 years of experience in developing and designing business intelligence systems

  • Good experience with Power BI Power Platform (e.g. Power Automate and Power Apps) and/or Qlik Sense

  • Ability to propose and develop digital solutions using the Power Platform

  • Knowledge of database languages such as MySQL

  • Good understanding of project execution phases project management processes and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong logic analytical and organizational skills

  • Team player qualities adaptability to change and the ability to work autonomously

  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to guide and provide constructive feedback

  • Experience in delivering presentations to senior management
