About the role
As an Integration Manager you will play a key part in managing system integrations coordinating with internal teams and external partners and ensuring seamless technical communication between platforms. You will work across a dynamic high-load environment that values precision collaboration and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to develop deep technical expertise and grow within a fast-paced innovation-driven company.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical point of contact for client integrations ensuring smooth setup configuration and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently.
- Manage and monitor system performance ensuring seamless connectivity between platforms.
- Work closely with clients to understand technical requirements provide guidance and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Support process improvements and contribute to knowledge sharing within the technical team.
- Handle multiple tasks in a dynamic high-load environment with professionalism and adaptability.
- Contributing ideas to enhance the functionalities and user experience of our web applications
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Integration Technical Support Tech Operations or similar technical roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and a technical mindset with willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and managing client interactions.
- Willingness to work in a rotational shift system as needed.
- Experience in online gaming or fintech industries is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure and dynamic environment
