Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Train lead and develop sales staff to maximize performance
- Act as the primary closer for deals using manager T.O. (Turn Over) to effectively close and support sales staff
- Assess and understand customer needs providing tailored solutions
- Assist customers with vehicle selection presenting model options features value-add products & services and financing options in line with dealership policies
- Oversee vehicle delivery ensuring customers receive clear explanations of features operations warranties and service requirements
- Participate in all staff meetings training sessions and required educational classes
Requirements:
- 2 years in a managerial or closing role
- Strong closing skills with a proven ability to effectively perform manager T.O. to support and close deals
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience for both small and large fleet customers
