About the Role:
We are seeking a Test Lead / Business Analyst to join our Test Centre(TCE) providing high-quality test services for core business areassuch as Savings and Protection. You will contribute to test strategydesign execution and reporting ensuring projects meet deadlines andquality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Strategy & Design

Contribute to Test Strategy Master Test Plan and test design within projects.
Ensure deliverables are elaborated validated and communicated according to standards.
Prioritize tests within your scope and contribute to Business Analyst intelligence.
Input test subjects into dedicated tools (Octane JIRA Confluence).

2. Test Execution

Execute tests within your scope of competence.
Provide necessary information for Go/No Go decisions.
Input test results and report any risks related to delays or quality.
Give feedback to the Test Manager and project stakeholders.

3. Reporting & AnomalyManagement

Create and communicate test reports to project stakeholders.
Manage project committees (test progress & defects).
Identify input and contribute to the prioritization and correction of anomalies.
Support drafting of final reports and procedures.

4. Standards & Autonomy

Apply test procedures and department standards.
Adopt service culture values and respect organizational principles.
Schedule and organize your own work and resources; report issues independently.

Technical & EducationalRequirements (must-have in your CV):

Degree in Informatics or related area
Knowledge of test methodology principles and vocabulary (ISTQB)
Experience in testing applications for life insurance or banking products desirable
French language mandatory
Experience in Agile environments
Knowledge of Octane JIRA Confluence API SQL
