Position Summary
All In One Employment Services is hiring an Entry-Level Cell Phone Store Clerk for one of our retail clients in the wireless communications industry. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in retail sales customer service or telecommunications.
The ideal candidate is friendly motivated and eager to learn about cell phone products accessories and carrier plans while providing outstanding customer support.
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide excellent in-store customer service

Assist clients with phone purchases upgrades and plan activations

Answer questions about devices pricing and promotions

Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system

Maintain organized product displays and restock inventory as needed

Troubleshoot basic device and service issues under supervision

Handle phone calls appointments and basic administrative tasks

Support store operations and ensure a clean professional environment
Qualifications

No prior experience required training will be provided
