Director of Emergency Services
Austin TX
Compensation: $130000 $170000 (DOE) 17.526.25% bonus incentive
Relocation: $15000 lump sum $10000 household goods (adjusted for renters)
Were seeking an experienced Emergency Services Director with a strong background leading large high-volume ERs ideally in a trauma setting. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee operations at a 364-bed facility thats expanding to nearly 500 beds with a new tower under construction.
The Director will lead a dedicated team ensuring the delivery of safe high-quality emergency care while managing staffing budgets and performance improvement initiatives. This role requires a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values collaboration across departments.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree required (BSN preferred); Masters preferred

Minimum 1 year of leadership experience (3 years preferred)

Proven success in emergency services management within a busy hospital or trauma center
