Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor project management teams ensuring accountability and performance excellence
• Oversee all construction project phases from planning through commissioning
• Manage client and subcontractor relationships with professional communication and dispute resolution
• Drive financial success through budget analysis cost estimation and proactive issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with safety programs specifications codes and company standards
• Coordinate MEP systems integration and active-site renovation projects
• Implement robust project controls documentation and procurement processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years management experience
• 3 years functional experience in construction project management
• Proven expertise managing complex projects including MEP systems
• Strong knowledge of safety programs and regulatory compliance
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite Adobe Visio and scheduling/estimating software
• Experience with project management and financial systems
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences
