Job Summary

Position: Video Editor

First Care Medical is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. As a leading healthcare company we are dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to our patients. Responsibilities:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into a finished product that aligns with our brand and messaging

- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop video concepts and storyboards

- Ensure all videos are of high quality and meet industry standards

- Add music sound effects and graphics to enhance the overall video production

- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and techniques to improve video quality

- Manage video projects from start to finish including organizing footage creating timelines and meeting deadlines

- Work with a variety of video formats and adapt to different styles and tones as needed

- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth production process

- Assist with video shoots as needed including setting up equipment and operating cameras

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in film video production or a related field preferred

- 2 years of experience in video editing preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting

- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro

- Strong understanding of video production techniques including lighting sound and camera operation

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects

- A portfolio or reel showcasing previous video editing work is required
