Drywall Estimator Commercial Projects

Are you a skilled Drywall Estimator looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable growth-minded contractor Were partnering with an established commercial drywall company thats known for quality work steady backlog and a strong reputation with GCs.

This group is looking to add an Estimator who can help strengthen their preconstruction team and take ownership of bids from start to finish.

Position Highlights:

Clear path for career advancement (Senior Estimator or Chief Estimator)
Stable leadership team and healthy project pipeline

What Youll Do:

Prepare detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for drywall framing and acoustical scopes
Analyze drawings specifications and addenda to ensure complete coverage
Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier pricing
Participate in pre-bid meetings and coordinate with project managers on awarded jobs
Maintain organized estimate files and accurate historical cost data

What Were Looking For:

3 years of drywall estimating experience (commercial or institutional preferred)
Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff QuickBid or similar software
Strong understanding of construction drawings specs and project documentation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
