Our client is seeking a talented and visionary Architect to join the
design team for an exclusive large-scale development in Puerto Rico.
This project brings together world-class investors and design
partners to create a luxury destination that redefines architectural
excellence in the Caribbean.

Responsibilities:

Develop and present architectural concepts drawings and 3D renderings for high-end projects.
Prepare detailed construction documents using AutoCAD and advanced design tools.
Collaborate closely with contractors and architectural partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Contribute innovative design ideas and bring creative vision to life in every phase of development.
Work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment where design innovation and technical precision meet.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
5-10 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
Strong skills in AutoCAD 3D modeling and rendering software.
Exceptional attention to detail design sensibility and communication skills.
A passion for design excellence and collaboration.
Fully Bilingual
