Job Summary

Company Overview: Our Client a Karachi based company seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role:

Job Role:

Responsible for leading the marketing sales brand management business development and customer engagement functions to achieve business growth and profitability. Develops and executes marketing strategies oversees sales operations and ensures effective brand positioning and market expansion in line with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead train and oversee all marketing sales and customer engagement staff to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration across all segments
  • Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets monitor performance and ensure timely achievement of revenue milestones
  • Oversee planning and execution of marketing campaigns promotional activities and brand development initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate and institutional clients to expand business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends customer insights and competitor activities to support data-driven decision-making
  • Coordinate with finance operations and other departments for pricing product development and service improvement
  • Prepare periodic business reports for senior management and recommend strategies for sustainable growth
  • Undertake any other task or function as maybe desired by the management

Education

  • Minimum 16 years of education preferably Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution preferably in Marketing Communications or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in a similar role in sales marketing and e-commerce preferably in a large national/multinational organization among which 1-2 years of functional experience in a junior management role.
