The Job

Contacts delinquent customers to discuss account status.
Inform and assess the customers story and suggest a beneficial solution.
Follow up on repayments promises customers of past due payment.
Identify and escalate uncooperative customers to Legal.

The Ideal Candidate

You Live in Cagayan De Oro Mindanao
Must have a valid Drivers License and owns a Motorcycle
Field Collection experience preferred but not required
Computer literate
