We are looking for a proactive IT Service Desk Administrator to deliver fast reliable first-line and second-line IT support across a global environment. This role requires someone who is passionate about service excellence confident in handling Microsoft 365 and endpoint administration and comfortable working in a 247 support model (rotational).
What you will do
- Provide L1/L2 support for Microsoft 365 (Email OneDrive SharePoint Teams Intune security compliance).
- Log classify assign and resolve IT incidents via Service Desk tools (e.g. ServiceNow/JIRA).
- Support desktop applications and endpoint devices while minimizing downtime.
- Monitor IT systems servers antivirus device compliance and escalate issues proactively.
- Assist with monthly patching automation initiatives and IT process documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure SLA compliance and smooth service delivery.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and follow ITIL & security compliance standards.
What we look for
- 3-5 years in IT Service Desk / IT Support in enterprise or hybrid cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Intune/Endpoint security.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/JIRA) and monitoring solutions.
- Understanding of ITIL cybersecurity basics (MFA zero-trust device compliance).
- Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset.
- Willingness to work in shift rotations (including nights/weekends if required).
Nice to have
- ITIL Foundation / Microsoft 365 / Azure / ServiceNow or networking certifications.
