What youll do:

Provide technical assistance to users ensuring a high level of service and professionalism
Troubleshoot issues related to Office Outlook OneDrive Exchange SharePoint Lync Server and Microsoft Windows
Communicate clearly and empathetically with users adapting to diverse situations
Apply critical thinking and logical reasoning to resolve technical challenges

Fluent in English / Portuguese
Training or experience in IT support or cloud-based technologies (highly valued)
